Subject: sun ra died in 1993
solid show, but there is no way sun ra played percussion on this.

he died in 1993.

maybe a/some surviving members of his band did, but not sun ra.

Subject: You had to be there I guess
I saw a decent number of LoS shows during this era, and I'm sure this would have been an absolutely killer show to be at. However, it's not very listenable. Neglecting the fact that the show is needlessly broken down into too many files (Do we really need 20 second cuts for every little tease they break out?), it just doesn't translate that well to sitting back and listening. On the plus side, the sound quality is GREAT and there are plenty of good versions of their usual standards. The highlight is definitely "You Can't Always Get What You Want."

Subject: Ya' Get What You Need...
This is some SWEET Salmon, no doubt!

The Stones covers are great- and I've been rocking "You Can't Always Get What You Want" all day at work.

This is the first time I've heard this show- and it is already climbing my list of favorite LOS discs already! Thanks to all invovled. Rocking!

Subject: Finally....
Lost my job the day before this show and said, festivallll !!!! Found a ticket outside and saw one of the top five shows I've ever seen. Then they played Ain't Gonna Work, and I knew it was on. 11 plus years later, I get my first copy, thanks to all involved...Great Sound too!!!
